About Our Founder
Isaac A. Dwamena is the founder of Dwara Innovation, an AI integration and strategy firm empowering small and mid-sized businesses and institutions unlock the practical power of artificial intelligence. Prior to founding Dwara, he held various executive roles at private-equity-backed companies, as well as corporate strategy and finance positions at Caterpillar Inc., where he was recognized with the distinguished Chairman's Award for his outstanding contributions. He also co-founded and invested in start-ups in sectors like Fintech. With a career spanning corporate strategy, business intelligence, and finance, Isaac brings a deep understanding of how organizations grow, adapt, and make decisions under complexity.
At Dwara Innovation, he leads a mission to make AI more accessible, human-centered, and practical — bringing transformation full circle for the organizations that need it most. Born in Africa and shaped by global experience across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Isaac approaches AI as a necessary lever for economic resilience, operational efficiency, and to solve real problems.
He graduated from Harvard Business School’s Executive Program in Business Analytics, and holds a Master's in Financial Economics from Kent State University, and a BSc in Accounting and Economics from Northern Michigan University. He served on the board of directors of The Play and Learn Foundation and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. He currently resides in Wisconsin with his family.
